Uercom is

a private trading company with offices in germany, we work in direct collaboration with national and independent oil corporations with a specific focus on refining, trading and oil marketing. UERCOM is proud of its relationships worldwide, which allows us to perform to a professional and high level in the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors.

Our focus is mainly on Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Med. In fact, almost all of our activities are driven by trading of oil, gas, petroleum and petrochemical products from origination, trading, shipping and storage.

DIRECT TRADE

Our traded commodities are principally related to the oil and gas industry, ranging from raw materials such as crude oil & gas and intermediate or blending in finished as Bitumen (All grades), Fuel oil (CST180 - CST280 - CST380), Naphtha, LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) and other finished oil products ready for consumer use.

Services

UERCOM has recently agreed with refineries in Gulf region as an Liquified Petroleum Gas Marketing Company. We will have a number of LPG retail outlets under our sponsorship. We also have a number of Bulk Consumers to which we will be regularly supplying too. However, our company's strategy is to focus on trading and concentrate its resources on the greatest opportunities available in the East Africa, Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Joint ventures

Forming joint ventures and cooperate with the domestic and foreign companies in order to develop and expand their activities in requested markets.

Shipping and transportation

UERCOMcan organises direct charter oil product vessels including VLCC, Suezmax, Aframax to transport oil and gas products from source to final destination as well as LPG carriers.

INVESTMENT

We can provide necessary coordination concerning the issues related to foreign investment in a strong oil industry with the launch of the incentive contracts that allowed the entry of mainly foreign private firms to exploit mature fields in oil, gas and petrochemicals sector.

Risk management plays an important role in any organisation. UERCOM provide commercial success and operates all risk management tools, including the futures market, swaps and a range of other products to ensure full understanding and hedging of price risk and other exposures.
